CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO SELF ISOLATE OR QUARANTINE.

During the pandemic, we may see another local or national lock down. Changes to social distancing or group numbers may be enforced. As such we will endeavour to adapt our services accordingly. In this instance you may defer your class to a later date or opt for continued one to one sessions with access to our online Members Area. 

GROOMING

When you arrive at the salon please ring the bell for our attention.

I will meet you and your dog on the driveway for collection.

I will be wearing PPE at handover and throughout the groom of your dog.

The dog grooming salon is a clean area when it is business as usual.

This means that all our equipment and the room is disinfected after each use.

This will continue during COVID-19. New PPE will be used for each dog appointment.

As part of the recent regulations, your dog will be bathed on arrival as part of the groom.

You may stay whilst your dog is being groomed but due to the recent

Coronavirus you will be required to wear a face mask whilst in the Salon.

For mobile grooming, this will be carried out outside where possible. During wet or windy weather, a suitable indoor space will be required. Whilst I attend your home, I ask that social distancing guidelines are respected. I will be wearing PPE. During my visit, I would ask those persons who will be within close proximity to also where a face mask.

DOG TRAINING

During COVID-19 all our training sessions will be in an outside space. As such, no face masks are required however 2 meter social distancing will be respected, hand sanitizer is encouraged and provided

We ask you to refrain from touching other attendees dogs.

Our class sizes will remain within the maximum numbers as per the government recommended levels.

DOG WALKING / PET SITTING

  • Where a customer has a positive Covid case, the booking will be cancelled. The cancellation terms apply.

  • Staff will be wearing face coverings at handover.

  • Those persons who will be within close proximity of the Dog Walker / Sitter is required to wear a face mask and 2-metre social distancing is to be respected.

  • Our Covid Handover Protocol will apply during the pandemic.

  • The Dog Walker / Sitter will be provided with hand sanitiser to use frequently.

  • Lateral Flow Testing is required from our staff weekly whilst visiting inside customer’s homes. Dog Walkers that handover outside of the property will not be required to carry out routine covid testing.

  • During the pandemic, Dog Sitters will be required to clean items and areas before leaving the Pet parents’ home. Please provide suitable antibacterial products and equipment to do this. The areas of particular focus will be the bathroom and kitchen facilities that have been accessed.
